Name That Ground #6
Congratulations to Mick, Noursey and Mostyn who all knew that last week's Mystery Square was at Beaford, famous for our three defeats and, on one occasion, a snog-a-moose competition, featuring a former traffic warden from the East Midlands.
You'll do well to spot a cricket square on this week's picture and we played here just the once, on a hot summer's day in 1999. We won, Forest Gump scored a run and a passer-by heckled our wicket-keeper with some choice abuse. If you know the answer, please post a comment below and all will be revealed in a week's time.

It's got be Woolacombe ! Impossible to hit a four on the floor. I seem to remember someone gamboling across the fields to get to the ground !
ReplyDeleteThe webmaster is giving too many clues. With said clues it has to be Woolacombe as Noursey states. Weren't byes one of the scorers in their innings?
