Bideford CC have just celebrated the 40th anniversary of the amalgamation of Bideford, Littleham and Westward Ho! cricket clubs, part of which unveiled a genuine scorecard from a game at Westward Ho! in 1881.
The home side back then featured no less than five reverends, including a Rev. P. Dlugoszewski, whilst the opposition against The Gentlemen that day included a Mr. Philip Erasmus Roberts Esq.
