It was pretty much a split poll as to which of our former tour fixtures we'd most like to play again, with votes registered for Hatherleigh, Holsworthy, Ilfracombe, North Molton and even Torridge District Council. Only Beaford failed to score.
By a short head the manicured pastures of North Molton took the honours. This was, of course, the setting for our very first tour game back in 1994. And for the record, Abbey 183-7 (Dlugoszewski 72 not out, Nourse 37) beat North Molton 135 (Nourse 3/8, Panter 3/51) by 48 runs. Heady days indeed!
